Mr. Watson is the evolution of the iconic Amsterdam restaurant Mr. & Mrs. Watson, known for pioneering plant-based cuisine since 2017. After years of creativity and community on the Linnaeuskade, we are reopening with a new vision, new fire, and a new home on Wibautstraat 206.
